Position Summary:**Duties and responsibilities**:- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.- Choose and implement technologies for machine learning and AI development.- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into production systems.- Conduct experiments, perform rigorous testing, and ensure model accuracy and performance.- Continuously improve models based on user feedback and data analysis.- Provide code reviews, assistance, and feedback to other team members.- Maintain and refactor existing machine learning codebases.**Requirements**:- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI.- Experience with managing entire code sources/projects independently; - Experience in a startup environment handling a code base from end to end; - Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.G., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras).- Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.G., Pandas, NumPy).- Experience with model deployment and serving (e.G., Docker, Kubernetes).- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and deep learning.- Experience with version control systems (e.G., Git).- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.**Would be a plus**:- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.- Experience with big data technologies (e.G., Clickhouse, Snowflake, Bigquery).- Contribution to open-source machine learning projects (e.G., Github, Hugging Face, Replicate).- Knowledge of AI cloud platforms and services (e.G., AWS, Google Cloud, Together AI, Nebius AI, Cohere).- Experience in a startup environment and managing end-to-end machine learning projects.- Practical experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.- Passion for blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency.- Experience of mentoring a team and leading a project; - Contribution to open-source machine learning projects (e.G., Github, Hugging Face, Replicate).
