Primary Mission
The intern will have to take care of the corporate documentation and deal with the Notary and Commercial Registry to make sure all is in good order. The person that joins the department will also have to discuss and review all type of services agreements. We will also count on him/her to take care of the internal administrative work. The intern may also participate in some M&A files depending on the needs.
In AXA Madrid International Hub legal department, the intern will have the opportunity to work in various an interesting legal files, working with experienced lawyers in a truly international environment and gain a proper understanding of how a legal counsel can add value from his/her position in a multinational company. This experience will be extremely positive and enriching for his/her professional career.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: What is expected of you?
Reviewing all types of agreements (e.g., Service Level Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholder Agreements)
Preparing and reviewing documentation needed for internal committees (presentations, memos, summaries, etc.)
Drafting the documentation related with corporate law matters (powers of attorney, proxies, minutes, certificates, etc.)
Handle the documentation and day-to-day relation required with notaries, registries and embassies.
Updating the Corporate Information in the Group Database
PROFILE: What you bring to the role?
Academic background: Law degree or a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Law. A specialization in Corporate Law is preferable.
Languages: Spanish, English (Proficiency level, C1-C2) and French is an additional asset.
Advanced profiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communications skills
Abitility to multitask effectively and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Professional, proactive and detail-oriented work style.
Availability
Full-time internship starting April 2026, with a duration of 1 year (6+6 months)
