The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and developing competitive tour packages.
This role requires a structured, analytical, and results-oriented professional with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.What You Will DoBusiness development & pipeline management: Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within Spanish-speaking markets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by proactively approaching potential partners, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Track prospects and opportunities to ensure consistent growth and market expansion.
Client inquiry & sales handling: Manage the full sales process from seeking inquiries to crafting offers, presenting options, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Product development: Build and update travel products, accommodations, activities, and logistics to ensure competitive and high-quality offerings.
Supplier & partner coordination: Maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport companies, local guides, and other suppliers to secure availability and negotiate rates.
Operational execution: Prepare final travel documents, handle booking confirmations, and coordinate changes or special requests with precision and care.
Market insight contribution: Monitor trends in Spanish speaking‐ markets and share insights to help shape product development and commercial strategy.
Tailor‐made itinerary design: Develop and manage FIT (individual traveler) itineraries across Scandinavia and the Nordics, ensuring creating scalable solutions.What You bringExperience in travel operations or sales ideally within FIT, DMCs or inbound travel (minimum 1–2 years).
Fluency in Spanish and English ; additional European languages are an advantage.
Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
