C&i product manager

At iPremom, we are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and positioning of our healthcare solutions.

You will join an innovative environment, working on a highly technical product with a direct impact on end users, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilitie

• sDefine and execute the product strategy aligned with company objectives
• .Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
• .Translate technical knowledge into clear and compelling commercial messaging
• .Develop high-quality commercial materials (presentations, sales tools, dossiers)
• .Collaborate closely with the sales team to strengthen product positioning
• .Lead the company’s presence at congresses and scientific events
• .Support key client meetings and complex sales processes
• .Identify and drive improvements in product positioning and value proposition
• .Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate and clear communication of scientific content
• .Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvement actions
• .Ensure brand and message consistency across all customer touchpoints
• .Travel regularly to stay close to the market and support commercial activities

Requiremen

• tsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or simila
• r.4–7 years of experience in product, marketing, or commercial roles within healthcare or technical environment
• s.Experience with medical devices, diagnostics, genetics, or complex technical service
• s.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skill
• s.Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindse

• e.Experience in international or cross-functional environments is a plu
