What we are looking for
A Business Analyst with experience as a functional BA, specifically for the Data Governance, Quality, and Extraction workstream, to work with one of our global clients in the banking sector.
Tasks
* Lead, along with the Product Owner, all workstreams within the data governance domain.
* Identify, analyze, and prioritize user needs and functional requirements.
* Manage the internal task backlog, negotiate with the team for execution and prioritization.
* Prioritize the backlog using external tools.
* Validate the functionalities implemented in the tools and ensure they meet requirements.
* Manage and review incidents, tracking and resolving them.
* Organize deliverables and demos with users.
* Participate in various meetings and committees.
* Design, review, and validate dashboards and KPIs as requested.
Skills and Experience
* At least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment.
* Background in Data and knowledge of data governance tools.
* Experience with Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence).
* Experience with data exploitation tools, preferably PowerBI.
* Proficiency in SQL and Python.
* Experience with Azure Databricks.
* High proficiency in English.
Location and Working Hours
Business hours: 9 am to 6 pm.
