Key Responsibilities:
1. Market & Account Development:
Manage and grow existing accounts in META and Europe NFO markets;
identify new business opportunities and build relationships with travel agencies, both Amadeus and non-Amadeus.
2. Sales & Commercial Strategy:
Drive end-to-end sales of Media Intelligence Distribution content;
contribute to sales planning;
maintain pipeline in Salesforce;
share insights in team meetings.
3. Product & Market Expertise:
Serve as the go-to expert;
provide training and guidance to team members.
4. Customer Success & Innovation:
Monitor satisfaction;
propose improvements;
support product teams;
manage costs aligned with strategic goals.
5. Customer Support:
Handle key customer requests;
support technology performance;
communicate updates;
resolve issues;
assist with reports andinsights.
Ideal Candidate:
* Master’s degree in Science or Management
* At least 5 years’ sales experience in Travel Distribution or Hospitality industry with references
* Experience with APIs, IT development, customer cycles
* Fluent in English;
French or Spanish is a plus
