We are seeking a HR Business Partner for HUB Central and Southern Europe covering 15 countries. The role requires a deep understanding of business drivers, strategies, and opportunities for HR to add value. You will set and implement HR priorities aligned with Function leaders and company strategy, focusing on culture, people, and organization. Utilize existing HR solutions or develop new ones as needed. How you’ll make an impact Connect HR and Business Leaders: Act as a consultant, sparring partner, and coach to deliver on priorities. Develop Capabilities: Understand and address mid-to-long-term organizational capabilities, implement learning & development activities, and measure their impact. Workforce Planning: Collaborate with Function leaders and Talent Acquisition to ensure talent pipelines, considering internal and external markets. Talent Management: Drive processes like succession planning and participate in recruiting peer-level positions when appropriate. Organizational Analytics: Analyze HR data to identify trends and define actions. Organizational Design: Optimize structures in line with group standards. Performance Culture: Develop high-performing teams, manage restructuring, and redeployment. Performance and Recognition: Address performance issues and implement recognition programs aligned with business priorities. Diversity & Inclusion: Support leaders in creating inclusive workplaces. Cost Management: Monitor personnel costs. Change Management: Translate change requirements into actions. Qualifications Bachelor and/or Master’s in HR, Business, Economics, Law, or related fields. Minimum 10 years of experience with knowledge of country HR practices and statutory requirements. Ability to operate internationally, balancing stakeholder needs. Strategic mindset with data analysis skills and capacity to handle complex organizations. Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Strong planning, execution, and organizational skills. Innovative and forward-thinking.
