Your mission as our Creative Designer Hero will be to:
* Propose ideas and prepare materials for digital content campaigns, social media, newsletters, web banners and all types of digital assets for clients and our holding company websites.
* Prepare designs for panels and stands for trade fairs and events, ensuring materials are finalised and ready for print.
* Understand the composition and art direction process to create designs and creative content for magazine pages in both digital and print media.
* Master the video editing workflow, preparing layered files and assets so that video editors can seamlessly animate your designs.
* Devise and produce diverse design requirements, mock‑ups and support materials, including outdoor panels, packaging and guerrilla marketing assets.
* Design leaflets, flyers and brochures from scratch for both online and print use at trade fairs and events.
* Craft professional presentations using software such as PowerPoint.
* Create and design logos from scratch and any other graphic materials as required.
Your superpowers:
* At least three years of experience in an advertising/communications agency or marketing department.
* Ability to work under pressure and thrive in an environment with tight deadlines.
* Strong teamwork skills, proactivity and a positive, "good vibes" attitude.
* Knowledge of photography and professional photo editing.
* Experience in both online and offline design, with a deep understanding of creative workflows.
* Advanced knowledge of AI image generation and the use of AI tools within Adobe and Office software.
* Proficiency in branding and corporate identity development, including the creation of brand manuals.
* Expertise in designing fixed printed materials for point‑of‑sale (POS).
* Thorough knowledge of social media formats and digital environments, including intranets and client portals.
* Familiarity with colour profiles for printing and the ability to coordinate directly with printing companies.
* High English level.
