Your main responsibilities include:
**Product Exposure & Optimization**
- Optimize product rankings, navigation, internal search, and content publishing based on trends, customer behavior, and inventory insights.
- Execute deals and discounts with effective exposure tactics and continuously improve using data-driven insights.
**Collaboration & Strategy**
- Work with Experience Leads and Marketing teams to align campaigns, optimize the digital experience, and leverage cross-merchandising opportunities.
- Provide insights to guide product and customer strategies while staying updated on industry trends and competitors.
**Qualifications**
Education
- University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or E-commerce
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, eCommerce platforms, and site merchandising principles.
- In-depth understanding of fashion retail, regional market trends, and consumer preferences.
- Proficient in interpreting sales data, search trends, and web analytics to optimize product exposure.
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset to align sales and brand goals.
- Effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Growth mindset, proactive problem-solving, and staying updated on trends and technology.
- 2+ years in eCommerce roles within the fashion retail industry.
**Additional Information**
This position offers a temporary local contract, and it is a requirement to have the necessary work permits and residency in Barcelona.
