The Iberia HR Internwill support the Iberia HR team in various administrative and operational tasks, with a strong focus on internal communications and HR operations.
Key responsibilities
1. Support the creation and distribution of the monthly internal newsletter.
2. Assist in organizing and coordinating internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
3. Provide administrative support in the request and onboarding of temporary employees.
4. Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
5. Collaborate with the HR Shared Services team, mainly supporting the time tracking and absence management tool.
6. Contribute to other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Profile
7. Recent graduate in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
8. A Master’s degree in Human Resources will be considered a plus.
9. Strong communication and organizational skills.
10. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
11. High level of English (spoken and written) – a language test will be conducted during the interview process.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables will be highly valued).
Requirements
13. Eligibility to sign an internship agreement with a university or business school.
14. Availability for a 6 to 12-month internship.
15. Availability for full-time or part-time (minimum 6 hours/day).
16. Location: Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) or Badalona (Barcelona).
