Key Platforms
Smart Wind Turbines
Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. With 80+ GW installed globally, Envision ranks first globally in orders and second in new installations since 2022, maintaining a leading international market position.

The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. The business ranks third in China and fourth globally, with 200+ projects and 15+ GWh in orders. The ecosystem includes Envision AESC (global battery leader) and Univers (AIoT-enabled digital energy management platform).

Green Hydrogen
Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).

Key Responsibilities
Regional Integrated Business Management & Support

Assist in driving overall business operations and management for the Europe & Latin America region

Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance regional operational efficiency

Track key project progress and provide analysis and support

Sales Capability Development & CRM Management

Responsible for regional sales process optimization and standardization

Manage and optimize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to improve data quality and utilization efficiency

Analyze sales data to support sales forecasting and performance improvement

Market & Sales Strategy Management

Support the development of regional market entry strategies and sales strategies

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend insights (new energy sector)

Assist in developing annual/quarterly sales plans and track execution

Executive Communication & Reporting Support

Support daily communication between the Regional President, Integrated Business Department Director, and headquarters

Prepare business presentation materials (e.g., business analysis, strategic reports)

Coordinate information transfer and decision implementation between headquarters and the region

Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's degree or above; Marketing, Business Administration, Energy/Electrical Engineering, or New Energy related majors preferred

Work Experience

7+ years of relevant work experience; candidates with the following backgrounds preferred:

New energy industry (e.g., solar PV, energy storage, electric vehicles, etc.)

Sales operations / Business analysis / Strategic planning

Experience in European or Latin American markets preferred

Experience in multinational companies or complex organizational coordination preferred

Experience in sales strategy development and implementation support

Familiar with sales process management and optimization

Ability to perform sales analysis and forecasting based on data

Data analysis capabilities

Proficient in Excel / PowerPoint (required)

Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred

Language & Communication Skills

Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken, working language)

Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred (plus for Latin America markets)

Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in new energy overseas expansion or international market development

Familiarity with European/Latin American energy policies or market environment
