Your mission:
You'll be the key driver in expanding our client portfolio in Spain. You will collaborate with the case managers and underwriters to successfully grow our Spanish business by managing all client relationships, developing new distribution partners and converting loan applications into loan closings. You will report directly to the Head of Spain and will have your own client coverage area.
In this role, you will:
• Visit credit intermediaries to establish and nurture relationships;
• Convert financing needs into viable loan applications;
• Engage in general public relations, sales and marketing activities;
• Safeguard the company by understanding its policies, procedures and compliance guidelines, while maintaining a strong awareness of risks; and
• Play an integral part in scaling Fiduciam to multi-billion success.
About you:
• At least two years of industry experience;
• Ambitious and driven;
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder;
• Natural salesperson;
• Strong writing skills;
• A university degree in business or economics with solid results;
• Eager to learn and push your boundaries in a growing company;
• Enjoy working in an international environment; and
• Fluent in Spanish.
