Your Mission & Impact
As a Project Manager specialized in Banking, Payments, and Blockchain/Cryptocurrencies, you will play a key role in leading complex initiatives within financial services environments. You will ensure successful delivery of projects that drive digital transformation and innovation for leading banking and payments clients.
What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
* Strong background in banking and payments environments.
* Proven experience in Blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or digital financial products, or strong exposure to the banking sector.
* Solid understanding of project governance, scope, budget, timelines, and risk management.
* Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously and in cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
* Lead end-to-end project delivery within banking, payments, and crypto/blockchain-related initiatives.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and external stakeholders.
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
* Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
* Ensure alignment with regulatory, security, and compliance requirements typical of the banking sector.
* Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous process optimization.
