Overview This position is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of technical cloud experience, ideally gained within a software engineering, development, customer services, or a comparable client delivery function. You will bring hands-on expertise in Oracle or other hyperscaler Cloud technologies and a passion for developing solutions that respond to real-world commercial and market access challenges in life sciences.
Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain internal and client-facing tools using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AI services, and automation platforms.
Support the development of real-time analytics and Gen-AI solutions, conversational interfaces, and automated workflows for pharmaceutical clients.
Act as a technical consultant in cross-functional project teams, translating business problems into scalable technical architectures.
Build and manage dashboards, data pipelines, and rapid prototypes in support of commercial insights, brand performance, and access strategy projects.
Collaborate with data scientists, consultants, and business leads to deliver impactful, tech-enabled solutions tailored to client needs.
Provide training and upskilling to team members on Oracle AI and cloud toolsets.
Participate in proposal development, technical demos, and business development for innovation-driven engagements.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
2-4 years of experience in technical solution delivery, preferably within Oracle or similar engineering roles as an Oracle partner
Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Services (e.g., OCI, OAC, ODA, AI Services, Process Automation) or another hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Strong problem-solving skills and experience turning requirements into solution architectures
Exposure to data engineering, automation, or AI projects, preferably in client delivery contexts
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage clients and non-technical stakeholders
Strong verbal and written English skills (C1 / C2) and ability to work across global teams
Desired Qualifications Background in Life Sciences or Healthcare domains is a strong plus
Experience with cloud-native development, low-code tools, or integration frameworks (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs)
Familiarity with AI and ML services (text generation, classification, NLU, document understanding)
Strong interest in consulting, innovation, and the future of technology in healthcare
