You’ll be the go-to expert for JVM tuning, Spring Boot optimisation, database performance,
and container orchestration—ensuring low latency and high efficiency on critical systems.What you’ll be working on:
End-to-end performance tuning for Java microservices in KubernetesJVM Optimisation (GC, threading, memory allocation)Spring Boot profiling & tuning (reactive streams, caching, thread pools)SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory DB performance (PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis, DynamoDB)Performance testing with JMeter, k6Observability using JFR, JVisualVM, OpenTelemetryContainer Orchestration tuning (Autoscaling, CPU/mem limits, KEDA, Istio)Optimising event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)Building CI-integrated performance testing frameworksRequirements:
7+ years of experienceProven expertise in JVM, Java, and Spring Boot optimisationHands-on Kubernetes performance tuning in production environmentsCloud-native experience and CI/CD performance testing integrationProficiency with profiling & monitoring tools (e.G., YourKit, JProfiler,
