The candidate will be supporting the delivery projects of Werum PAS-X MES solution and other software solutions to our local and international customers as well as the portfolio of complimentary products in the Körber Pharma business.As the market leading MES platform within the Life Science sector, this role offers a significant opportunity to a motivated and enthusiastic candidate looking for a long-term career with significant development.You advise and train customers on our MES-software solution PAS-XYou are able to guide the customer on the way to the realization of his individual MES needsTogether with our pharmaceutical customers, you will implement their processes in our PAS-X software, and take care of the associated design specificationsYou resolve client issues and problems on site and remotely, from replication to diagnoses to problem analysisWithin ongoing projects, you also assist with validations for PAS-X MES softwareYou organize and hold PAS-X product trainings and support within national and international projectsYou will familiarize yourself with PAS-X through various trainings and projects, and will become an expert for PAS-X implementation – with our help and support of course!You have gained a degree (preferably a master’s degree) in life science, engineering, IT or related fieldsIdeally, you have professional experience as a consultant in the field of software support (ERP / MES / LIMS)You are interested in the pharmaceutical industry and in software solutionsIdeally, you are familiar with the processes within the pharmaceutical industry and with the FDA-regulated environmentYou like to communicate with people and you are confident in dealing with customersYou are easily able to see the big picture, but also enjoy working on technical detailsYou are able to familiarize yourself with new topics independentlyOur customers experience you as enthusiastic, competent and with subtle powers of persuasionYou’re a real team player and enjoy collaborating with othersYou have strong analytical skillsYou have Service oriented mindset and autonomy and have ability for team workSince we work closely with our customers, you are willing to travel frequentlyYou are fluent in Spanish and English, other languages are a plusWe will treat all applications confidentially.Apply now and join our team!Ready for your next step?
