Your new Role and Respon­si­bi­li­ties
The Group Lea­der HR Ope­ra­ti­ons lead and coor­di­na­te HR ope­ra­ti­ons, super­vi­se HR team, mana­ge admi­nis­tra­ti­ve and ope­ra­tio­nal per­son­nel pro­ces­ses, ensu­re com­pli­ance with HR poli­ci­es, and con­tri­bu­te to con­ti­nuous impro­ve­ment of HR prac­ti­ces and tools.
Super­vi­se and moti­va­te ope­ra­tio­nal HR team
Mana­ge admi­nis­tra­ti­ve per­son­nel tasks (pay­roll, con­tracts, absen­ces, employee files)
Ensu­re com­pli­ance with HR poli­ci­es, legal regu­la­ti­ons, and inter­nal pro­ce­du­res
Par­ti­ci­pa­te in recruit­ment, inte­gra­ti­on, and inter­nal mobi­li­ty
Moni­tor HR indi­ca­tors and pro­po­se action plans for pro­cess impro­ve­ment
Mana­ge rela­ti­onships with social part­ners and legal bodies as neces­sa­ry
Imple­ment and moni­tor HR impro­ve­ment pro­jects (digi­ta­liza­ti­on, pro­cess opti­miza­ti­on)
Report HR infor­ma­ti­on to manage­ment and com­mu­ni­ca­te with mana­gers
Your Pro­fi­le
Master's degree in Human Resour­ces, Manage­ment, or equi­va­lent
Requi­red expe­ri­ence: mini­mum 8 years of rele­vant pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in a glo­bal­ly ope­ra­ting, manu­fac­tu­ring envi­ron­ment, ide­al­ly within the wiring‑harness or auto­mo­ti­ve sup­pli­er indus­try
Very good Eng­lish and French Skills (writ­ten and spo­ken)
Expe­ri­ence in gui­ding, lea­ding and super­vi­sing employees, as well as the abili­ty to moti­va­te the team
Strong focus on staff deve­lo­p­ment and expe­ri­ence in trai­ning team mem­bers is bene­fi­ci­al
Com­pe­tence in part­ne­ring with and sup­port­ing Manage­ment across all hier­ar­chi­cal levels
Abili­ty to ope­ra­te with a high level of auto­no­my and per­form in com­plex, cross‑functional envi­ron­ments
Solid back­ground in lea­ding and mana­ging chan­ge pro­ces­ses and pro­jects
Team spi­rit with excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and inter­per­so­nal skills
Orga­niza­tio­nal and time‑management skills com­bi­ned with a solution‑oriented mind­set
Expe­ri­en­ced in Micro­soft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power­Point, Out­look)
