Our people ‘move fast, dream big and make the difference’ every day — because it’s tech + data + people that truly sets us apart.## **Job summary**As a P2P Officer, you will manage **supplier invoice processing at a global level**, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. You will be part of the **GFS P2P team**, working closely with an external **BPO partner in India**, handling complex and exception‐based cases, and acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities*** Ensure accurate and timely supplier invoice processing.* Resolve invoice discrepancies and manage escalations from the BPO team.* Support and guide the BPO team on functional matters.* Collaborate with internal teams on invoice-related queries.* Monitor processing quality and support continuous improvements.* Work with systems including **SAP, Jira, Tableau**, and internal platforms.**Skills & Experience*** Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.* Experience or strong interest in **P2P / Accounts Payable**.* Good knowledge of MS Office; **SAP experience** is a plus.* Fluent in **English** (written and spoken).* Strong problem‐solving and communication skills.* Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast‐paced global environment.* Team‐oriented, with experience working with **external partners (BPO)**.*At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.*
