We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to support our Regional HRBP in overseeing HR operations across Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, and Portugal).This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to grow and learn in an international environment. You will gain exposure to a variety of HR areas, including payroll, office management, recruitment coordination, and labor law compliance.You’ll work closely with the Regional HRBP and receive guidance, training, and hands-on experience to develop your HR knowledge and skills.What will you do :
HR Administration & ComplianceAssist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee recordsSupport the preparation of contracts, employment letters, and HR documentsHelp manage onboarding and offboarding processesTrack probation periods, contract renewals, and leave balancesSupport payroll input processes and coordinate with local payroll providersEnsure HR data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and local labor lawsSupport office operations in the Southern European offices (supplies, vendors, facilities)Liaise with internal teams to support IT setup, access, and other logistics for new hiresAssist with basic health & safety and office compliance proceduresRecruitment SupportPost job ads and help manage incoming applicationsAssist in candidate screening and scheduling interviewsCoordinate with hiring managers and recruitment agenciesHelp prepare job descriptions and offer lettersRegional HR SupportProvide administrative support across Italy, Spain, and PortugalHelp collect HR data and prepare reports or presentations as neededAssist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal communicationsLiaise with external consultants and vendors when requiredWhat do you bring :

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related fieldSkills :
Strong organizational and communication skillsWillingness to learn and grow under mentorshipHigh attention to detail and discretion with confidential informationProactive, adaptable, and capable of supporting multiple tasksKnowledge of :
Basic understanding of Italian labor law ;
knowledge of Spanish / Portuguese labor practices is a plusTools :
