KIBERone Barcelona is an international programming school for children aged 6–14. We are growing and looking for a strong Sales Manager who enjoys communicating with parents, knows how to close deals, and wants to earn based on results.
Responsibilities
Handling incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, inquiries)
Reactivating former clients and old database
Scheduling trial lessons
Selling subscriptions and supporting clients through payment
CRM management and reporting
Follow-up with warm leads
Achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements
Sales experience (education, services, or B2C is a plus)
Strong phone communication skills
Deal-closing ability
CRM discipline
Required languages: English, Spanish, and Catalan
Willingness to work evening hours
Schedule
Part-time position, 30 hours per week
Main working hours: 15:30–21:30
Saturday is a working day
Days off: Sunday and Thursday
Conditions
Official part-time contract in Spain
Fixed salary + bonuses per sale
Strong uncapped bonus system
Average income: €1,900 – €2,400 gross
