We combine market knowledge, technical expertise, and strong customer relationships to deliver high‐quality solutions to the food, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries. To strengthen our Pharma Business Unit, we are looking for a Sales & Product Manager with a strong commercial mindset, a results‐driven approach, and a passion for business development. The ideal candidate will be able to identify market opportunities, drive growth, and build long‐term, trusted relationships with customers and suppliers.

Work @ IMPAG

You leverage your market and industry expertise to further expand our Pharma business unit and actively drive new business development.

You independently manage our existing customers, contribute your technical consulting expertise, and strengthen long‐term partnerships.

You support the acquisition of new customers and inspire them with our portfolio.

You further develop our Life Science portfolio - with a focus on nutraceuticals applications - and introduce targeted impulses in product management.

You analyze markets, identify trends at an early stage, and derive growth and positioning opportunities from them.

You collaborate on cross‐country projects and actively shape international developments.

You prepare quotations including pricing calculations, conduct professional price negotiations, and manage the entire quotation process.

You are responsible for the annual sales budget and actively contribute to revenue growth.

You visit customers and suppliers on‐site and demonstrate your willingness to travel.

You create meaningful customer and supplier reports, ensuring transparency and continuous development in sales.

Competences @ IMPAG

You hold a successfully completed degree in a technical, scientific, or business‐related field.

You have strong negotiation skills and at least 3 years of sales experience in nutraceuticals distribution business.

You demonstrate a strong customer and service orientation.

You are an excellent communicator with a confident presence and strong persuasive abilities.

You have business‐fluent Spanish and English skills, both written and spoken.

You are proficient in using ERP systems and current MS Office applications.
