What You’ll Do :
- Execute business plans and drive results through collaboration
- Lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on performance
- Deliver standout service experiences and build strong client relationships
- Maximise omni-channel opportunities using tools and tech
You’ll Need to Have :
- Experience as an ASM / SM in a high-volume retail setting
- Strong track record of hitting sales / KPI targets
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Passion for fashion and understanding of the premium / luxury landscape
- Fluency in English
- Local Language (additional local language is a plus)
