Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the product strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate technical knowledge into clear and compelling commercial messaging.
- Develop high-quality commercial materials (presentations, sales tools, dossiers).
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strengthen product positioning.
- Lead the company's presence at congresses and scientific events.
- Support key client meetings and complex sales processes.
- Identify and drive improvements in product positioning and value proposition.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate and clear communication of scientific content.
- Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvement actions.
- Ensure brand and message consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Travel regularly to stay close to the market and support commercial activities.
Requirements\n
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or similar.
- 4–7 years of experience in product, marketing, or commercial roles within healthcare or technical environments.
- Experience with medical devices, diagnostics, genetics, or complex technical services.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable.
- Experience in international or cross-functional environments is a plus.
- Intermediate level of English is desirable.
