Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead business transformation initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders in a complex, multicultural environment.
* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation programs.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology and business areas.
* Drive alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
* Manage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
* Ensure delivery governance, planning, risk management, and reporting.
* Support decision-making through clear communication and structured insights.
* Promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
* Maintain strong customer focus throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Business or Engineering Degree.
* 10+ years of experience in Digital Delivery and/or Program / Project Management.
* Proven track record in large-scale digital or business transformation programs.
* Strong understanding of ERP-driven enterprise environments.
* Experience working in multicultural and complex organizations.
* Fluent in English.
Additional Information
* Experience with CPQ platforms.
* Exposure to Service Execution platforms.
* Knowledge of Oracle CPQ or Salesforce.
* Business Analyst background.
