MAIN TASKS :
* Support sales and functional teams in assigned accounts with technical knowledge: solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
* Assist the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in technical leadership, platform knowledge, and optimal solution identification to meet project requirements.
* Identify and notify risks related to project and client profitability.
* Ensure smooth project progress concerning scope, schedule, and costs, alerting deviations early.
* Guarantee technical objectives are met and standards are adhered to.
* Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
* Collaborate on project demos and ensure delivery of technical documentation.
* Participate in training and mentoring technical team members.
* Identify opportunities for technical Up & Cross Selling and methodological improvements.
* Contribute to Omega's community of practice with thought leadership and training.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
* Minimum of 3 years in full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementations.
* Experience as a Salesforce.com developer.
* Knowledge of modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
* Experience with agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in English.
