About the job
We're looking for a jun-to-middle finance professional who will be responsible for IFRS reporting, audits, oversee group reporting, and actively shape our budgeting, tax, and cash flow strategies.
Essential Job Responsibilities
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting deliverables.
* Support consolidation of group financials across multiple entities
* Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
* Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management.
* Collaborate with Accounting and Controlling teams to ensure data consistency.
* Participate in audits and liaise with external auditors.
* Drive improvements in reporting processes and systems.
Required Hard Skills and Education
* At least 1–2 years of experience as a Financial Reporting Specialist or in a similar role
* Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
* Experience in preparing of consolidated financial statements and managing general ledgers
* Experience working with external auditors and consultants
* Proficiency in accounting software
* Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
* Languages: fluency in English is required
* Experience working across different jurisdictions is a plus
