Sales support specialist - robotics

This position reports to:

Sales Manager


Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Sales organization of the Robotics sales team by conducting bidding activities.

1. Generate robot configurations and prepare quotes.
2. Provide price guidance to the Front End Sales Team if necessary.
3. Report errors regarding backend sales tools such as DGA, NPV, SPV.
4. Create new customers (MDG and SFDC).
5. Qualify new customers under TPM Sell (SFDC).
6. Manage customer credit (CFIN, CQP, SAP).
7. Generate and maintain local customer price agreements (OMS).
8. Create system quotes in SAP.
9. Champion the VPP Partner program (SFDC).


Lead Management

Manage leads from contact centers and other sources, ensuring achievement of targets related to order net price variance (NPV) and net promoter score (NPS).


Support Sales Managers in Forecasting

Assist in forecasting activities to support sales strategies.

Qualifications for the Role

* Training in technical areas (engineering or FPI / FPII) and administration or similar is valued.
* Fluency in Spanish. A B1-B2 level of English is required (not necessarily conversational).
* Experience in the position is not mandatory.
* Living in Madrid or Barcelona is preferred, but we value any location in Spain.
* Seeking someone with initiative, a desire to learn, a positive attitude, and strong social and communication skills.
