For our Barcelona office we are searching for a Business Developer to join the Worldwide and Development department to contribute on growing our indirect global network. The Business Developer will report to the Region Director.
To present the MBE business opportunity to potential Master Franchisees and support negotiations to achieve the final signature of the franchising contract.
To support the existing Master franchisee community in order to develop and support their network.
To support translation and proofread the materials in Chinese and occasionally assisting as interpreter during the meetings.
Bachelor/Master in Business Administration or similar with record of strong academic performance
Minimum two years related work experience in sales, lead development
and internship experience in Sales program
Excellent mastery of written and spoken English and Chinese. Solid communication skills, ambitious and able to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
Good proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite and other business productivity software.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, strong familiarity and adeptness for analyzing data and problem solving.
