The position

Create impact : The Business Development Lead will be responsible for :

* Driving the growth of Hive by identifying, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives that expand the company’s customer base, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
* Researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify areas for business development.
* Identifying potential clients and partners, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
* Developing and managing a pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress, and reporting to senior management.
* Leading negotiations and closing deals.
* Collaborating with marketing and product teams to create marketing campaigns and product offerings that align with business development goals.
* Attending industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
* Leading and developing a team of Business Development Managers to reach the company’s goals.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. The Business Development Lead will work closely with senior management, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to achieve the business objectives.

Experience : You have 7+ years of experience and a demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding your targets, preferably at a hyper-growth scale-up or top-tier company.

Team Leader : Experience structuring, leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.

Reliable Team Player : You have a goal-oriented mindset—there’s nothing wrong with being competitive! You have proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Problem-Solving Skills & Attention to Detail : You anticipate challenges, address them effectively, and stay ahead on details to keep projects on track and achieve customer excellence. You need to be passionate about leveling up our customers.

Strategic & Analytical Mindset : Your analytical and strategic thinking skills enable you to identify growth opportunities, analyze improvement areas, and make data-driven decisions that align with the company’s objectives.

Project Management : You have the ability and experience to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Always Be Closing : You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

Ecommerce Experience & Network in the Industry.

Languages : Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
