**Who we are**
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on **HR Generalist**to join our HR team and support the full employee lifecycle during a maternity leave cover. This role is adecuado for an HR professional who enjoys working across different HR areas, combining operational HR support with employee-focused processes.
**What you will do**:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job openings and screen CVs.
- Coordinate interviews and collect feedback.
- Prepare contracts and employee documentation.
- Support and improve the onboarding process.
2. Employee Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Support probation reviews and contract renewals.
- Assist with promotions, role changes, and exits.
- Help implement HR policies and procedures.
3. Employee Support & Engagement
- Be the first point of contact for HR-related questions.
- Support team events and well-being initiatives.
- Help promote company culture and internal communication.
4. Performance & Development
- Coordinate performance review cycles.
- Support managers with goal setting and feedback processes.
- Collect and analyze performance data.
- Assist in talent and succession planning.
5. Training & Learning
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Track participation and maintain training records.
- Research learning platforms and development programs.
6. HR Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR records meet legal and company standards.
- Support HR reports on workforce data and engagement.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices.
**What you will bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or ongoing studies preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong level of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Master’s degree in human resources is desirable.
