FUNCTIONS
We are seeking a Sales Manager with experience in the industrial sector, specifically in sensor sales, to lead the business development in Spain for an American multinational company.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in Spain.
* Identify and establish relationships with new clients in the industrial sector.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in Spain.
* Collaborate with technical teams to offer customized solutions to clients.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
* Analyze client needs and develop proposals that meet their requirements.
* Supervise and manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
* Travel frequently within Spain for client meetings and industry events.
Requirements:
* 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial B2B sales.
* Experience in technical sales and market development.
* Fluency in English.
* Availability to travel 50% of the time within Spain.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Results-oriented with strong time management skills.
Desirable:
* Background in engineering studies.
* Experience in sensor sales or similar products.
* Capacity and motivation for continuous learning.
