SEO and CRO Manager (Global Website Platform)We are seeking an experienced
SEO and CRO Manager
to oversee and optimize search engine performance and conversion rates for our global website platform, which hosts 25 websites across 25 countries. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, this role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in international SEO, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and CRO. The ideal candidate will drive organic traffic growth, improve search rankings, and enhance user experience to maximize conversions, especially in our key markets of Italy, Hong Kong, and Korea.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to our core markets, considering local search trends, languages, and cultural nuances, and optimize strategies for AI and LLMs.Create SEO recommendations for franchise partners and across the global platform.Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.Build content development plans aligned with SEO strategies, collaborating with product, content marketing, martech, and external agencies.Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links) and ensure content aligns with search intent.Manage technical SEO audits and collaborate with teams to implement improvements.Oversee local SEO efforts, including GBP optimization, local citations, and geo-targeted content.Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Lead A/B testing, multivariate testing, and UX improvements to increase conversion rates.Analyze user behavior via heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to identify friction points and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and checkout flows.Collaborate with designers and developers to implement high-converting layouts and personalization strategies.Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track KPIs such as organic traffic, rankings, bounce rates, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Hotjar.Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.Align SEO & CRO efforts with business goals, working closely with country managers and marketing teams.Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years in SEO and CRO, preferably in multi-country/multi-language environments.Strong knowledge of international SEO best practices and AI's impact on search.Expertise in technical SEO audits and CRO tools.Proficiency in analytics tools and CMS platforms like Strapi.Excellent project management and communication skills;
fluency in English;
additional languages a plus.Additional Information:
Experience with enterprise SEO, SEM, and content marketing is beneficial.Hybrid work arrangement:
