Function :
* Elaborate individual educational projects, reports, and documentation, plan activities, and monitor educational progress.
* Conduct tutorials and involve the youth in their educational process.
* Coordinate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams.
* Program, execute, and review socio-cultural activities for adolescents in line with the individual educational project.
* Promote coexistence and social integration of the youth with their environment.
Candidate Profile :
* Ability to work individually and in groups.
* Orientation and service-mindedness towards people.
* Problem-solving skills.
* Improvise, organize, and reorganize effectively.
* Empathy to better understand others.
* Manage crises and conflicts.
Requirements :
* Degree or diploma in Social Education.
* Valuable : minimum 1 year experience with children and / or youth in social exclusion situations.
* Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, spoken and written.
* Knowledge of IT, including Microsoft Office.
* Driving license is essential.
* Vigorous : Current Criminal Record Certificate for sexual offenses, issued by the Central Registry, prior to hiring.
Offer :
* Temporary replacements for summer holidays.
* Schedule : morning or afternoon based on service needs.
* Availability : reachable from 22 : 00 to 8 : 00 for immediate deployment during 1 week every 6 weeks.
