Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
* Analyze the production status.
* Control resource capacity (manpower: operators & white collars, machine, material).
* Elaborate Production Schedule, and recovery plan if necessary, with impacts on capacity requirements (workforce/machines/strategic tooling/jigs), delivery dates, end production buffer, production partners.
* Prepare and participate or lead the Weekly Master Production meetings involving all stakeholders.
* Build, update, and analyze KPIs measuring production plan execution and deliveries, define the improvement plan and associated actions.
* Implement the validated Production Schedule.
* Authorize manufacturing by converting and releasing work orders according to weekly MPS meeting decisions.
* Update SAP with dedicated stakeholder.
Required skills
* Young graduates or last-year students to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering.
* At least 1 year of experience in a related area.
* High knowledge of Office Package.
* Spanish and English must be negotiation level.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
