Partner with the business in a true “IT as a Service” environment; provide resilient, best-in-class, cost-efficient IT Services to all ELEs in your Zone.
Responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the Regional IT Infra Director to provide and manage IT Infra services across your Zone.
2. Lead IT transformation initiatives to segregate IT infrastructure assets and isolate IT solutions within your Zone.
3. Implement IT governance processes, including IT Service Management, for your Zone.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Define IT strategy with the IT Director; manage the annual IT budget; support new company onboarding in your Zone.
2. Implement an “IT as a Service” model; act as a Managed IT Service Provider; build relationships with business leaders.
3. Monitor and report on IT service quality and customer satisfaction against KPIs and SLAs.
4. Build and manage a distributed IT team; collaborate with regional teams; promote best practices across ELEs.
5. Develop a portfolio of IT Business Services aligned with business needs and manage delivery to meet SLA performance.
IT Infrastructure & Security:
1. Work with business leaders to define infrastructure strategies and roadmaps.
2. Lead the Zone IT Infra team to deliver high-quality services within budget and schedule.
3. Oversee the transformation of legacy infrastructure into a segregated landscape.
4. Ensure compliance with Group/Regional IT standards and conduct periodic audits.
IT Solutions:
1. Define solutions strategy and roadmap in collaboration with business leaders.
2. Manage daily operations of IT Solutions teams to deliver services within scope and budget.
3. Support and support shared IT solutions, ensuring adherence to standards.
4. Drive IT Transformation programs to re-architect infrastructure and solutions.
5. Implement standardized cost, project, and service management practices.
6. Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with audits.
Required Profile:
1. Master’s in Computer Science or related; MBA is desirable.
2. Certifications in PMI, ITIL, Scrum, COBIT, TOGAF preferred.
3. Lean methodology knowledge is a plus.
Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
2. 5-10 years in project/program management, preferably in industrial or process-driven environments.
3. Proven leadership in managing international, distributed teams.
4. Strong skills in strategy, risk, service management, and communication.
5. Experience in regulated environments (GxP, HIPAA) and with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
