Senior Central Administration and Depositary Oversight Officer
An opportunity has arisen within the Management Company area of FundRock Management Company / FundRock LRI within Apex Group.
The role involves ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities within the Central Administrator Oversight team, meeting client deadlines accurately and timely. This includes, but is not limited to, achieving SLA and regulatory requirements.
This role offers extensive exposure to Investment Funds across multiple geographical locations, including Luxembourg and Ireland.

Department : Central Administration and Depositary Oversight
Technical Knowledge / Capabilities :
* Perform ongoing oversight of delegated service providers such as Central Administrators, Transfer Agents, and depositary banks, including data analysis for due diligence.
* Review accounting data / KPI of liquid investment funds.
* Ensure data and procedures are accurate and current.
* Identify potential risks affecting NAV calculations, escalate issues, and contribute to resolutions.
* Review and prepare reports like financial statements, capital accounts, and management information, reporting operational risks to management.
* Develop and improve risk-based control regimes for service providers and funds.
* Follow-up on issues with service providers until resolution.
* Maintain communication with clients and service providers through regular calls and onsite visits.
* Assist in restructuring services to meet future needs.
* Deliver high-quality services to clients.
Essential / Desirable Qualifications :
* Strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Legal, or similar.
* Professional experience in (fund) accounting, depositary, or audit.
* Knowledge of European regulatory investment products, UCITS, AIFMD, and fund regulation.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and client service skills.
* Ability to work independently and multi-task.
* Motivated, focused, and eager for challenges.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluent in English; additional languages like French or German are assets.
