Job Title
Assistant Manager Operational Due Diligence

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support operational due diligence assignments with the focus on depositaries and fund administrators
* Lead and support on‑site visits
* Prepare fund’s board reports within the agreed timelines
* Liaise with internal teams to constantly improve the quality of control framework
* Analyze financial statements, structure charts, organizational charts, licenses, KPIs, SOC reports
* Identify key issues with service providers
* Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development
* Maintain clear documentation and follow processes
* Recommend enhancements to due diligence workflows and tools
* Support with ad hoc projects
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar
* 3 – 5 years work experience in due diligence, audit, or similar
* Experience in a Luxembourgish AIFM is an asset
Skills & Competencies
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong written and verbal communication in English is a must
* High attention to detail and critical thinking
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Working autonomously
