Translate strategic business outcomes into clear project scope, success criteria, and phased roadmaps.Develop integrated project plans, budgets, resource models, and procurement timelines.Lead governance activities including steering committees and stage gates, ensuring traceability from project charter to benefits realization. Delivery & ExecutionLead the successful delivery of initiatives such as:
Microsoft 365 migrationsData center movesNetwork implementations (core, edge, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN), segmentation, OT/Io T connectivityCloud landing zones, hybrid cloud connectivity, identity integrationSecurity solutions: PAM, firewalls, WAFWorkplace modernization: Intune/MDM, collaboration tools, Copilot ChatBackup and DR orchestration, including resilience and failover testing Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Security, Applications, Operations, Vendors) with defined RACI models and scheduled change windows.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsEducation & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related fieldPMP or PMI certification preferred Experience
3–7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years managing mid-to-large-scale infrastructure projects (multi-site or enterprise-level)Demonstrated successful delivery in at least three of the following domains:Microsoft 365 migrationData center migrationNetwork core / SD-WAN implementationCloud / hybrid architecture projectsWorkplace / endpoint modernizationITSM rollout Technical & Tools Proficiency
Project Management Tools: MS Project (or equivalent), Service Now, Power BIMethodologies: Waterfall, hybrid, Agile (adapted for infrastructure projects)Strong knowledge of change and release management processes Soft Skills
