What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a Senior Growth Lead to join the team at a pivotal stage of growth. Reporting to senior leadership, this individual will own the strategy and execution of organic growth initiatives, ensuring they are structured, scalable, and aligned with broader business objectives.
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end growth efforts across SEO, content, and technical surfaces. The Senior Growth Lead will manage strategy development, execution, performance tracking, and optimization, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure growth initiatives support long-term company goals.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with high ownership, building and running growth systems, and driving initiatives from concept through measurable business impact.
Responsibilities—what you’ll do:
* Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth initiatives across SEO, content, and technical surfaces
* Operate as a true growth owner, responsible for business outcomes—not just deliverables
* Lead SEO and growth strategy for high-profile clients
* Technical SEO
* Content strategy and expansion
* On-page optimization
* Build and execute testing roadmaps to continuously improve performance
AI-Native Workflow Integration
* Integrate AI (ideally Claude) into day-to-day workflows, including:
* Automated processes and pipelines
* Scalable content or research systems
* Agentic workflows or internal tools
* Continuously identify opportunities to use AI to improve speed, quality, and scale
Client & Stakeholder Leadership
* Serve as the primary strategic partner to client leadership teams
* Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations
* Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, PR, and marketing teams
* Performance & Insights
* Define success metrics tied to business outcomes (traffic, revenue, pipeline)
* Build forecasts and set targets
* Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and insights
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience leading SEO or growth initiatives, with a strong track record of driving meaningful business outcomes (e.g., traffic, revenue, pipeline—not just rankings or incremental gains)
* Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities, own execution end-to-end, and deliver measurable impact independently
* Strong understanding of SEO, including technical SEO, content strategy, on-page optimization, and generative/LLM search visibility (GEO)
* Active, day-to-day use of AI (preferably Claude) as a core part of workflows—not just prompting, but integrated systems such as automations, pipelines, or repeatable processes
* Experience operating in startup or high-growth environments, with a preference for candidates who have had significant ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts
* Experience working closely with founders or senior stakeholders and acting as a strategic partner
* Familiarity with health, wellness, or regulated industries is a plus
* Fully fluent in English
* Ability to commit long-term and full-time
