An opportunity for Quality conformance manager and audit coordinator in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz).
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ needs and market trends to translate these into quality requirements.
- Define the management of the Airbus business processes and directives as the business management system owner.
- Contribute to implementation of the system within the business and operations, measuring effectiveness.
- Seek continuous improvement based on assessments and feedback.
- Support business process owners in defining, updating and maintaining processes.
- Devise a quality management system with required standards, directives and methods compliant with external regulations, standards and internal rules.
- Select, develop and maintain quality methods & tools (incl. IT solutions and decision‑making support systems) to deliver quality on time and on cost.
- Contribute to development and deployment of learning solutions as the subject‑matter expert for quality, methods and tools.
- Support the company’s certifications and interfaces with external quality authorities (ISO, IAQG, EASA, ECSS, etc.).
Qualifications
- Educated in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree, or a related discipline.
- High adaptability to new topics, business, and network mode.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to propose new ideas.
