Its products and services are designed to benefit people and improve their quality of life. /ppbr/ppstrongPurpose: /strong /ppEnhance digital enablement processes with generative AI models and agentic workflows to speed up the design, launch and support of digital products that contribute to an automated end-to-end data and decisions centric pipeline. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Tasks responsibilities: /strong /pp• Define strategic plan for implementation of agentic workflows (including models) across the digital enablement framework (design, launch and support) /pp• Build robust rubrics and playbooks to quality check performance of AI models /pp• Make recommendations of frequency of quality checks and performance metrics /pp• Evaluate, test, govern, launch and support AI models and workflows that contribute to digital enablement /pp• Be a member of AI focused technical teams and projects where opportunities are defined and problems are framed up for AI suitable tasks /pp• Define best practices and develop change management processes to facilitate human and AI system collaboration and hand-offs as well as integration with existing workflows to drive digital strategy. /pp• Rapidly experiment, verify and set guardrails for AI output. /pp• Maintain current knowledge of the rapidly changing AI landscape and understand opportunities for cost or efficiency gains. /pp• Evaluate potential solutions with significant opportunity gains and define impacts and build proposals for adoption /pp• Work closely with business and IT partners to ensure alignment with enterprise strategic framework, timely delivery of required AI capabilities within budget; /pp• Acquire a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and strategic imperatives; /pp• Identify growth opportunities for leveraging AI for advanced data analyses, digital systems and platform enablement; /pp• Engage both end users and business leads across functions then clearly represent and communicate the needs of the functions; /pp• Define and track project success metrics to ensure delivery of anticipated business capabilities; /pp• Problem-solve and prioritize high-value work related to Data Science and Engineering objectives /ppbr/ppstrongSkills qualifications: /strong /pp• PhD +3 years’ experience, MS +6 years' experience or BS and 8+ years' experience in Data Science, Decision Science, or Data Engineering. /ppstrongSkills /strong (Technical Soft) /pp• AI foundation and domain mastery with ability to execute code-based agentic workflows /pp• Ability to adapt in rapidly changing environment /pp• Demonstrated RD domain knowledge in RD with strong preference for agriculture sector experience /pp• Thorough understanding of IT product pipelines /pp• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management /pp• Demonstrated matrix project leadership and proven ability to grow relationships independently with key partners /pp• Excellent written and oral communication; complete proficiency in English with ability to coordinate and clearly communicate information between technical IT teams, scientists and business stakeholders /pp• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and influencing skills, independent and cross functional problem solving which drive digital business solutions effectively with international and interdisciplinary teams /pp• Demonstrated project leadership and influence skills that develop trusting partnerships with cross-functional teams, leading to lasting digital change. /p
