PURPOSE OF CONTRACT: Collaborator on the tasks of the specified research project. Collaborator on activities related to the project/agreement stated.
JOB LOCATION AND SCHEDULE: Blended format at the Faculty of Communication Sciences; morning schedule.
The tasks to be carried out include support for the creation and management of databases (on podcasts and podcasters), as well as support in quantitative and qualitative data analysis. In addition, support will be provided for tasks related to data visualisation (charts, infographics and basic designs for academic and outreach content across different media).

TRAINING (maximum 2 points)
Up to 1 point for the academic record corresponding to upper secondary education (bachillerato) or vocational training, provided it belongs to study pathways related to the profile of the position. Related pathways include the Science and Technology and the Humanities and Social Sciences tracks of bachillerato, or equivalent qualifications under the former BUP system, as well as higher-level vocational training cycles (or equivalent FPII qualifications) in the professional families of Administration and Management and Information Technology and Communications, and the qualifications of Higher Technician in the Promotion of Gender Equality, Higher Technician in Design and Editing of Printed and Multimedia Publications, and Higher Technician in Marketing and Advertising.
The score will be awarded based on the average grade of the academic record, according to the following ranges:
- Up to 0.25 points for an average grade from 5.00 to 6.49
- Up to 0.50 points for an average grade from 6.50 to 7.49
- Up to 0.75 points for an average grade from 7.50 to 8.49
- Up to 1 point for an average grade equal to or higher than 8.50
Only the highest-level qualification submitted by the candidate will be taken into account.
Up to 1 point for having completed courses belonging to official university degree programmes, with a teaching load of 6 ECTS credits or equivalent, directly related to the project, such as Programming I and II, Statistics, Algorithms, Intelligent Systems, Statistics Applied to the Social Sciences, Multivariate Analysis of Social Data, Survey Research Methodology, Audience Studies, Qualitative Techniques for the Analysis of Discourses and Social Realities, Applied Design, as well as equivalent training from Higher-Level Vocational Training programmes, provided that comparable teaching loads and contents are accredited and that these are not submitted for assessment in another section of the call.
A score of 0.25 points will be awarded for each passed subject of 6 ECTS credits or equivalent, with proportional scoring for lower teaching loads.
AWARDS (maximum 0.5 points)
The awarding of prizes and/or scholarships (under competitive selection procedures) related to the academic, professional or social field and linked to the tasks of the position will be assessed, provided they are duly

The score will be awarded according to the following criteria:
- Up to 0.50 points for competitive international-level awards or scholarships.
- Up to 0.35 points for competitive national-level awards or scholarships.
- Up to 0.25 points for competitive regional or provincial-level awards or scholarships.
- Up to 0.15 points for competitive local-level awards or scholarships.
In the case of awards or scholarships granted by universities, educational institutions or private entities, the score will also be applied according to the territorial scope of the call.
For awards or scholarships obtained through collective projects or group work, the corresponding score will be prorated according to the number of awarded or beneficiary individuals listed in the supporting documentation.
COURSES AND OTHER TRAINING ACTIVITIES (maximum 3 points)
Specific training accredited by official certificates or equivalent documentation issued by the training provider will be assessed, explicitly stating the number of hours and the content covered.
- Up to 1.5 points for training in quantitative and/or qualitative analysis techniques, including research methodologies, data processing and management, as well as the use of related tools and software (including, among others, Excel/Google Sheets, Access/Airtable, SPSS, R, Python, NVivo, Atlas.ti, MAXQDA), at a rate of 0.20 points per 10 hours.
- Up to 1.5 points for training related to gender or feminism, including equality, gender perspective and feminisms, feminist methodologies, communication and gender, intersectionality, and related fields connected to the project's topic (0.20 points per 10 hours).
In the case of the equality module commonly included in certain vocational courses or training actions, it will be counted only once, even if it appears in more than one activity.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE (maximum 2.5 points)
Professional experience in positions, functions or tasks directly related to those of the post will be assessed. The score will be awarded according to the following scale:
- Up to 1 point for each full year of full-time activity.
- Up to 0.5 points for each full year of part-time activity.
Periods of less than one year will be prorated proportionally in both cases.
For the purposes of this section, in addition to professional experience, external internships, scholarships and collaboration or research contracts may also be considered, provided that the effective performance of tasks related to the position is documented, as well as their duration and, where applicable, the level of dedication.
