You will cover the North of Spain (Asturias, Cantabria, Navarra, País Vasco and la Rioja). It is a vast scope that require to travel around 85% of your time, the rest of which you can be home-based.
This role is a critical position responsible for generating revenue and market share for Leica Biosystems products and services for our customers in the north of Spain which are mainly hospitals both public and private.
**Your main responsibilities will be**:
Achieve order and sales targets in designated sales territory and accounts
Actively manage these accounts, leveraging the complete LBS product portfolio
Promote the full LBS product and services portfolio through customer visit & relationship building
Develop account based sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration within the territory, based on a deep understanding of customer and end user needs.
Proactively manage existing sales pipelines through to a successful close
Research, target, identify and generate new pipelines and opportunities in line with LBS strategic goals
Manage and update pipeline data in provided tools
Provide timely and accurate forecast for orders and sales
Initiate and coordinate demos and customer presentations of instruments and systems as the need arises
Be the single point of account contact for ongoing customer happiness related issues
Establish quotations, tenders and proposals
Supply information on market share, competitor activities, trends and market developments in geographic region
Daily management requirements participation
Put in place initiatives to improve processes and to measure the results
Report key activities on a monthly basis
Participate in exhibitions,
meetings and other events as and where vital
Actively handle existing LBS Accounts in order to achieve maximum customer happiness and maximize sales potential across the targeted portfolio
