We are currently seeking a Field Marketing Manager to support the commercial sales organization of one of our clients—leaders in cloud integration software—during a 6 to 8-month engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales and marketing automation, particularly within service-based marketing and sales environments.

Main responsibilities :
Reporting to the Enterprise Field Lead, your main responsibilities will include:
* Lead and manage the commercial marketing plan across EMEA.
* Execute integrated field marketing campaigns and activate global programs locally to drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and deal conversion.
* Collaborate with SDR and Sales teams to design targeted campaigns that boost lead quality and conversion rates.
* Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
* Work closely with the Enterprise Marketing team to align and optimize EMEA marketing initiatives.
* Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing touchpoints.
* Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity to help shape strategic planning.
Background & Skills :
* 5+ years of proven experience in Field Marketing, ideally in an Enterprise Software (preferably SaaS) environment.
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketo is essential.
* Demonstrated success working closely with SDR and Inside Sales teams to drive pipeline growth.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategy.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, independent, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
