We are searching for an UI Designer to join the Visual Design team at Ogilvy Barcelona.
Our designers are creative minds who bring innovative ideas to life, expand the visual language, and immerse themselves in a variety of projects to breathe life into them.
Requirements:
* Formal education in design with over +6 years of experience.
* Experience in digital design and branding.
* Manage the quality and execution of design throughout all phases of a project.
* Creation of visual design, typography, visual concepts, logos, icons, and UI interactive platforms.
* Produce cutting-edge creative work with a master-level understanding of design and layout.
* Proactively collaborate across disciplines to achieve the best possible project outcomes.
* Comfortable working autonomously in sprints, at least +3 days at a time, with a clear direction from Design Leads.
* Work closely with Design Leads to maintain design quality.
* Mentor Designers and Junior Designers, pushing craft and taste level references.
* Develop strategies to expand the visual language in specific projects.
* Uphold Ogilvy's culture and work standards in each project.
