At Securitas Seguridad España, we are looking for a Site Security Manager (SSM) to join our team in Madrid, supporting a leading global datacenter client. This is a key role where you will oversee day‐to‐day security operations at a critical infrastructure site, leading on‐site teams in a 24/7 environment and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance.
Your main responsibilities
* Lead and supervise on‐site security personnel
* Manage day‐to‐day operations within a critical infrastructure environment
* Ensure full staffing coverage in a 24/7 operation
* Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive improvements
* Ensure compliance with security procedures, standards, and policies
* Oversee security systems (CCTV, access control, incident management tools)
* Collaborate with client representatives and internal stakeholders
* Support audits, inspections, and operational excellence
What we're looking for
* High school diploma, secondary education equivalent, or GED
* 6+ years of experience in the security industry and managing teams in operational environments
* Strong understanding of security operations and procedures
* Experience in datacenters or critical infrastructure (preferred)
* Hands-on experience with security technologies (CCTV, access control, etc.)
* Proficiency in English and Spanish
* Valid Director de Seguridad license (mandatory)
* On-site role in Madrid.
