What You’ll Be Doing:
* Build, lead, and scale a top-performing sales team focused on the DACH market
* Own and exceed both individual and team targets—we’re looking for someone who can lead from the front
* Drive net-new revenue growth across SMB, mid-market and commercial segments
* Use data to refine strategy, forecast accurately, and optimise the sales pipeline
* Create a culture of performance, feedback, and continuous learning within the team
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a high-velocity, fast-growth setting
* Experience leading and coaching sales teams—motivating others while still crushing your own targets
* Strong understanding of the DACH market and fluency in both German and English
* Highly skilled in outbound sales and comfortable owning complex deals from prospecting to close
