Description and Requirements
Monday to Friday Permanent Employment | 27.50 hours per week guaranteed!
2IC within an OSHC Service | Child centric professional required
Competitive hourly rate depending on qualification & experience!

The role in a nutshell
Take ownership of your own OSHC service as a 2IC with an amazing Mentor and lead a team to provide a fun and quality program built by the children, for the children.
Your service is Livingstone, OSHClub at Vermont South and it has been running successfully with consistent,
dedicated staff that know the ins and outs of the day to day, and most importantly have formed lifelong memories with the children and families. Are you ready to be our next Champion of Children?

What to expect
You’ll be running your OSHC service, designing and delivering fun and exciting programs and activities, and building and maintaining fantastic relationships with our schools and partners.
**As a guide**: Before School Care runs (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM),
and After School Care (03:00 PM - 6:30 PM), as well as paid administration hours to total 27.50 hours per week.

About you
We’d love it if you were Diploma/Bachelors qualified within relevant discipline as approved by ACECQA for an Assistant Coordinator role, we’re also happy to invest in you to study Experience in a similar role would be amazing Bring your experience working with and supporting teams to achieve results A current Working with Children's Check The ability to pass a National Police Check Valid Working Rights to work in Australia
Qualification Required or Willing to Enrol
It is an industry requirement that all educators are studying towards or have completed a relevant qualification (see ACECQA website for more details). This can include qualifications within Childcare, Education, Youth/Social Work, Community Studies, Allied Health, Psychology, Nursing, Drama, Sports and Recreation, Outdoor Leadership and many more! OR Willing to enrol!
Certificate III/IV in Children's Services or equivalent (working towards is fine); OR
Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent (working towards is fine); OR
Degree in Primary Education or Early Childhood Studies (working towards is fine) or equivalent.
