* Good understanding in UKG Pro implementation.
* Experience with Dell Boomi integrations.
* Lead UKG Pro implementation and configuration projects.
* Analyze business requirements and translate into UKG Pro configurations.
* Design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro with other HR systems.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex UKG Pro issues.
* Design and implement workflows, rules, and policies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure UKG Pro aligns with organizational goals.
* Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
* Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend solutions.
* Provide configuration solutions using various UKG product modules.
* Develop use cases, user stories, and validation criteria for testing and validation processes.
* Implement API integrations to optimize data exchange and workflow efficiency.
* Design and optimized integration flows and process architectures for seamless data flow and system interoperability.
* Conduct stakeholder demonstrations and gather feedback for further enhancements.
* Examine configuration and integration builds in relation to best practices.
* Prepare project plans including resource allocation and effort estimation for implementation, migration, and enhancements.
* Lead cutover simulation and production cutovers for UKG migration and implementation projects.
* Experiences in managing global clients and implemented projects across multiple countries.
