Your Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers, handling their travel inquiries, bookings, and support needs.

* Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information on travel options, policies, and procedures.

What Were Looking For:
* Native Finnish speaker with strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
* Previous customer service experience (preferably within a travel agency or similar industry) is highly valued but not required.
